OBJECTIVE

  • Promote the development and protect rights of Korean Jisso industry through national and international standardization activities
  • Enhance standardization cooperation with Korean, Chinese, Japanes enterprises through NorthEast Asia Standards Activities

CONTENTS

  • Secure international cooperation on IEC International Standards suggested by Korea
  • Provide a variety of information on international Jisso standardization trends
  • Build standardization experts council in Northeast Asia including Korea, China and Japan
  • Invite Jisso standardization experts for consultation and information exchange

EFFECT

  • Strengthen Jisso industry development and status participating IEC WG meetings and Plenary meetings in cooperation with KATS under MOTIE
  • Plan new international standard reflecting Korean industry condition in cooperation with world Jisso professionals
  • Remove unnecessary barriers to trade between Korea, China and Japan through trilateral cooperation and strengthen international standardization activities
