[NEWS] South Korea leads international standards for next-generation electronic jisso technology
International Standards Conference hosted by KATS and organized by KPIA, Korea Packaging Integrattion Association, Korea Secretariat of IEC TC91 (electronic assembly technology). A number of new standards such as substrate design, high-speed communication substrate material, and optoelectronic substrate have been proposed by Korea.
